How to install Expanding Rubber Stem Casters
Step 1. While holding the swivel bearing ( A ) turn the thin round nut
( B ) above the rubber sleeve clockwise. This will expand the rubber
sleeve ( C ) . Expand the rubber sleeve until it is a very snug fit going
into your tubing.
Step 2. Insert the entire stem ( D ) all the way up into your tubing.
Step 3. Turn the swivel bearing ( A ) counter clockwise to further
expand the rubber sleeve ( C ) inside your tubing. To further tighten,
with a wrench, turn the hex nut ( E ) under the swivel bearing counter
clockwise.
